Maria Olga Villarreal, 59, of Amarillo, formerly of Hereford, died Sunday, March 13, 2011, at Baylor All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth.
Prayer vigil will be said at 7 p.m. Thursday in Rix Funeral Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday in La Iglesia de San Jose with the Rev. David Contreras as celebrant. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by Rix Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Villarreal was born Aug. 14, 1951, in Bishops to Eloy C. Cano Sr. and Elvira Arrizola Cano. She moved to Hereford in 1990 from Austwell and lived there until 1998, when she moved to Amarillo.
Survivors include two sons, James Villarreal of Amarillo and Roy Villarreal Jr. of Port Lavaca; a sister, Elodia Cano of Hereford; and four brothers, Feliciano Cano and Eloy Cano Jr. of Hereford, Juan Cano of Little Elm and Ruben Cano of Amarillo.
