Thomas E. Swift, 93, of Lubbock, a retired pumper for AMCO, died Tuesday, June 16, 1998, at St. Mary's Hospital in Lubbock.
Services will be held at 10 am today at Resthaven Chapel with the Rev. Jim Brown officiating. Burial will be at 2 pm today at Andrews County Cemetery. Arrangements by Resthaven Funeral Home.
He was born in DeQueen, Ark., and removed to Lubbock in 1987 from Andrews. He was a Baptist.
Survivors: Daughter, Dorris Martin of Lubbock; brothers, Ewell W. Swift of Broken Bow, Okla., Clyde Swift of Texarkana, Ark., Henry Swift of San Antonio; sisters, Ruby Capps of Olney, Gertrude Ray of Pittsburg, Texas; and two grandchildren.

Services for Hazel Swift, 74, of Andrews, are scheduled for 2 pm Tuesday at Singleton Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Curry officiating. Burial will be in Andrews Cemetery.
Mrs. Swift died Sunday at Permian General Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born July 29, 1911, in Henrietta. She married Tom Edwin Swift June 7, 1941 in Oklahoma.
Mrs. Swift moved to Andrews in 1946 from Megargel. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Andrews.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Leslie (Doris) Martin of Lubbock; and two grandchildren.
