VERNON - Bonnie M. Cook, 71, died Monday, Jan. 19, 2009.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Eastview Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Fox officiating. Arrangements are by Sullivan Funeral Home of Vernon.
Bonnie was born Oct. 10, 1937, in Carey to Ode and Vivian Thomas Jones. She married Donald Lloyd Cook on Aug. 16, 1985, in Vernon.
Survivors include two daughter, Tammy Muncrief of Vernon and Shelly Williamson of Pampa; two sons, Eddie Lewis of Lawton, Okla., and Richard Lewis of Graham; a sister, Patsy McCoy of Amarillo; a brother, Bob Jones of Lubbock; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
