Funeral services for Robert C. Fritsche, 79, a long time resident of Harrold, were held Sunday at 3 p.m. from the Immanuel Lutheran Church at Harrold. Rev. Carroll C. Kohl , pastor officiated.

Burial was in Electra Memorial Park under direction of James B. Totten and Son Funeral Home.

Fritsche died Friday in an Electra nursing home where he had lived for the past year. He was born May 2, 1898, at Serbin, Texas and was a retired farmer, a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church and Lutheran Lavman League.

He is survived by five sons, Edgar, Leonard, and Erhard, all of Houston, Ted of Pampa, and Richard of Electra; two daughters, Mrs. R.L. collinsworth of Houston and Mrs. Lewis Reuther of Lincoln, Texas; two brothers, Ben of Denver, Colorado, and Ernest of San Antonio; 33 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild._

Funeral services for Mrs. Charles Fritsche, 80, were held at 2:30 p.m. Friday from the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Harrold with the pastor, the Rev. Phillip Otten, officiating.

Burial was in Electra Cemetery under the direction of Henderson Funeral Home of Vernon.

Mrs. Fritsche, wife of a retired Harrold farmer, died Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 6, in a Vernon rest home following an illness of several weeks.

She was born Hulda Bisert Sept. 25, 1885, and was married in Lee County on April 7, 1907. They moved to Wilbarger County in 1927.

Mrs. Fritsche was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Harrold and the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.

Survivors include her husband; five sons, Edgar Fritsche, Leonard Fritsche and Erhard Fritsche of Houston, Ted Fritsche of Pampa and Richard Fritsche of Electra; two daughters, Mrs. R.L. Collingsworth of Houston and Mrs. Louise Reuther of Lincoln; three sisters, Mrs. Zelma Becker of Abilene, Mrs. Oscar Winkler of Temple and Mrs. Theresa Lipke of Giddings; 33 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren._
