Leonard L. Drennan. 76,died Thursday, July 22, 1993 in an Electra hospital.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 24, 1993 from the First Baptist Church in Electra with Rev. Bruce Frank, pastor and Rev. Keith Hart, officiating. Burial was in Electra Memorial Park under the direction of Totten Day Funeral Home.
He was born in Elmore City, Oklahoma, and had been a resident of Electra since 1932. He had retired from C.E. Natco in Electra and was a longtime rancher in the Electra area. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Electra. He and Lenora Barry were married on November 25, 1944 in Vernon, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Lenora of Electra; Two daughÂters, Gay Noll of Electra and Kay Boren of Iowa Park, Texas; One brother, Bryan Drennan of Corsicana, Texas; two granddaughters, Tammy Swenson of Electra and Kim Modisette of Amarillo, Texas; and one great grandchild.
The family requests memorials to the First Baptist Church in Electra.
Pallbearers were Phil Holman, Kenneth Wingrove, Raymond Stanford, H.F. Sefcik, J.B. Magers, Bill Vestal, Honorary Pallbearers were Doc Stephens, Bud Greer, Kary Allums, Jack Kidwell, Cleo Cooper, Willard Fowler, Sigurd Nelson, and Carvel Good._

Lenora Drennan, age 88, of Electra, Texas, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2010 in Electra.
Services were held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 31, 2010 at Aulds Funeral Home of Electra with Charles Nichols of Southside Baptist Church in Wichita Falls, officiating. Interment followed in the Electra Memorial Park under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home.
The family received friends on Saturday from 9 a.m. until service time at Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.
Lenora was born April 15, 1922 in Vernon, Texas to Enoch Elmer Barry and Eula Earls Barry. She graduated from Vernon High School.
She and Leonard Drennan were married November 25, 1944 in Vernon. He preceded her in death on July 22, 1993.
Lenora was employed by McClurkans Department Store in Wichita Falls for ten years in the cosmetic department.
She was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Electra where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir for over fifty years. She enjoyed painting, cooking and loved spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her twin daughters, Gay Noll and husband Dickie; and Kay Gilbert and husband Mike all of Electra; one sister, Retha Gaebler ot Tulsa, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Tammy Raines and husband Mitch of Harrold, Texas and Kimberly Gilbert and husband Steven of Electra; four great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one brother Don Barry on April 8, 1999._
