Marcile Hanks, 74 died September 15, 1990 in Electra Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were held Sunday, September 16 at 2 p.m. from the Totten-Day Funeral Home.
She was born December 7, 1915, in Wilbarger County, Texas, to Cicero and Hettie Cohron. She and Curly Hanks were married April 4, 1936 in Frederick, Oklahoma. She had lived in Electra most of her life. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge in Electra.
Survivors include her husband, Curly of Electra; one son, Jerry Hanks of Gainesville, Texas; one daughter, Doris Stephens of Electra; one sister, Mozelle Dishman, of Graham, Texas; six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Gary Hanks, Chris Hanks, Bob Able, Ronnie Joe Bell, Vernie Moenning, and Claude Walker._

Mrs. C.C. Haralson, 60, resident (portion of obit is torn and missing) Sunday night after an sickness of many years.
Services were conducted at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the First Methodist Church. Rev. Foy Thomas, pastor, officiated and was assisted by the Rev. E.H. Coburn, retired Methodist minister. Burial was in the Electra Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of the Totten Funeral Home. Mrs. Haralson was a native of Hunt County, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, C.C. Haralson; one son, Jack H. Haralson of Brownsville, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. K.M. Luce of Houston and Miss Faula Belle O'Neal of Austin, and four grandchildren._
