Funeral services for Mrs. Margie Elsie Shook, 55, who died Sunday in Burkburnett were held Tuesday in James B. Totten and Son Funeral Home Chapel in Electra with Rev. Joe Ainsworth, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Interment was in Electra Memorial Park.
Mrs. Shook was born August 11, 1922 in Burkburnett. She had resided in Electra for 52 years.
Survivors include her husband, Tommie; one daughter, Mrs. Jeanette Sorrels of Gladewater; four sisters, Mrs. Ruby Presley and Mrs. Tinney Maxey both of Burkburnett, Mrs. Grace Jackson of Odessa and Mrs. Frances Nelson of Snyder; one brother, Bud Blankenship of Saint Jo and four grandchildren._
