DeKalb, Texas-- Orby Caddenhead, 91,of DeKalb, died Friday, October 21,2005, at his home. Mr. Caddenhead was born July 7,1914, in DeKalb. He was a retired carpenter and farmer and a member of Austin Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceaded in death by his wife, Worene Caddenhead, on February 12,2005; and one son, Johnny Crew Caddenhead, in 1976.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, of DeKalb; one brother-in-law and three sisters-in-laws, three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Austin Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Woodmen Cemetery, under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Austin Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund, 11596 Farm to Market Road 1840, DeKalb, Texas, 75559.

Worene Caddenhead, 87 of DeKalb, Texas, died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2005, in a Texarkana hospital.
Mrs. Caddenhead was born Oct. 1, 1917, in DeKalb. She was a homemaker and member of Austin Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by one son, Johnny Caddenhead, in 1975.
Survivors include her husband, DeKalb; two daughters and sons-in-law, both of DeKalb; one brother and sister-in-law, of DeKalb; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Burial will be in Woodmen Cemetery.
