Josie G. Edwards, 96, died Thursday in an Odessa nursing home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in North's Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, 242 Orange, with Richard Webster officiating. Burial will be in Eula Cemetery.
Mrs. Edwards grew up in Callahan County and married S.E. Edwards in 1921. She was a homemaker and moved to Abilene in 1969. She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Survivors include two sons, S.E. Edwards Jr. of Granbury and William R. Edwards of Odessa; two daughters, Hope Hill of Abilene and Ruby Stegall of Azle; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
