Mr. Dee Allen, age 76, of Grapeland, passed away Monday, October 25, 2010 at his residence. He was born June 11, 1934 in Latexo, Texas and had lived in Grapeland for the past 5 years. Mr. Allen was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served during the Korean Conflict. He was a retired auto mechanic.
Preceded in death by wife, Bonnie Allen and parents, Carl and Ethel Allen. Funeral services for Mr. Dee Allen will be held Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Pastor Marcus Alexander officiating. Interment will follow in the New Energy Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
