When Willie Maxine Messenger Davis and her twin sister Chloie Desine were born on October 28, 1929, their father, James, was 28 and their mother, Velma, was 25. She married Bob J Davis on August 17, 1946, in Stonewall, Texas. They had one child during their marriage. She died on February 3, 1999, in Aspermont, Texas, at the age of 69, and was buried in Peacock, Texas.
