Patsy Ann Mercer of Dallas, Texas, died May 3, 2013. She was 69 years old.
Patsy was born May 17, 1943, in Vernon, Texas, to Ruff and Bulah Ketchersid Strayhorn. She worked as a school cafeteria manager and was married to Roger Mercer.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, in the Brooks Family Chapel at North Dallas Funeral Home.
Funeral: 12 Noon on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at the funeral home with burial to follow in Hilltop Memorial Park.
