Walter Wayne Denison
2 May 1929 - 27 November 2012
Walter Denison died Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at the age of 83. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, November 30, 2012 in Graceland Cemetery, Jermyn, TX under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home with final tribute rendered by the U. S. Army Honor Guard. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 Thursday evening at the funeral home.
Walter was born on a farm in Wellington, TX and raised on a farm in Spring Creek, TX. He served his country in the U. S. Army. He was in the construction business for many years in Wichita Falls. .
Walter was preceded in death by his wife, Jewel Denison; parents, William J. and Ethel Mae Denison; two sisters, Ella Mae Womack and Mary Moss.
He is survived by two brothers, John Denison of Wichita Falls and Ray Denison of Ardmore, OK, along with several nieces and nephews.
