When Herman Warren Clement was born on June 24, 1890, in Texas, his father, Jonathan, was 30 and his mother, Beta, was 26. He had one son with Oma Grace Starnes in 1920. He died on January 9, 1979, in Vernon, Texas, at the age of 88.
