QUANAH, Texas Betty Lemon, 69, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1999, in a Altus, Okla. hospital.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Wilbarger Memorial Park with the Rev. John Spangler, minister of Trinity Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Price-Jackson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Lemon was born April 14, 1929, in Vernon. She and Jodie Lemon were married Jan. 26, 1950, in Elliot, Texas. She was a lifetime resident of Hardeman and Wilbarger counties. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Kathy Archraft and Shelly Wright, both of Quanah; his twin brother, Joe Williams of Los Angles; another brother, Tom Williams of Portland, Ore.; a sister, Billie Williams of Houston; three grandchildren; and four grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Saturday for visitation.
