When Loyce Juanita "Sally" Bacon was born on March 2, 1919, in Waurika, Oklahoma, her father, John, was 31, and her mother, Dora, was 28. She married Alvin Edward Parker on May 21, 1938, in Addington, Oklahoma. They had five children during their marriage. She died on December 22, 2011, in Texas at the age of 92, and was buried in Addington, Oklahoma.
