Funeral services for Katharina Dyck, age 42 of Brownfield, Texas will be held Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Old Colony Mennonite Church with Bishop Peter Janzen officiating. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.
Mrs. Dyck was born June 11, 1975 in Mexico to Sara (Fehr) and John Dyck. She married George Dyck in Seminole, Texas on November 3, 2003. She was a member of the Old Colony Mennonite Church and a homemaker.
Katharina Dyck passed away Friday, August 18, 2017 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. She is preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents. She is survived by her husband, George Dyck of Seminole, Texas; her parents, John and Sara Dyck of Seminole, Texas; four brothers, Isaak Dyck of Seminole, Texas, Abraham Dyck and wife Susan of Meadow, Texas, John Dyck and wife Lisa of Tarzan, Texas, and Jacob Dyck and wife Maria of Seminole, Texas; and two sisters, Justina Rempel and husband Jacob of Welch, Texas and Sara Hildebrand and husband John of Brownfield, Texas.
