Mrs. Alyth Brunow Austin, 55, of Houston, and former resident of Crockett and Houston County, died in Houston Friday, Dec. 7, following an extended illness.
Graveside funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, in the Evergreen Memorial Park with the Rev. Hunter Morris officiating.
Mrs. Austin, who was born on Aug. 7, 1907, is survived by her husband, D.D. Austin Sr. of Houston; a son, D. D. Jr., of Houston; a brother H. F. Brunow Jr. of Houston; and four grandchildren.
