Arline Andes 85 of Andrews passed away in Andrews Tuesday evening July 7, 2009. She was born on May 31, 1924 in Rotan, Texas. Arline married Russel Wayne Andes on February 1, 1947 in Abilene, Texas. They lived in Pecos, Texas several years before moving to Andrews in 2007. Arline worked in food service in the school system for many years, she was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include, sons; Michael Wayne Andes, Halletsville, Texas, Carroll Lee Andes, Andrews, Texas. daughter; Jeanette Cantrell, Houston, Texas, brother; Leland Driver, Temecula, California, sister; Christine Alden, San Angelo, Texas, nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
