Obituary:
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the booker Full Gospel Church for William Franklin BROWN, a resident of Booker for 25 years, who died April 21 at San Pedro, Calif., while visiting his daughter, Mrs. W. J. POTTORFF.
A retired carpenter, he was 83 years of age.
Rev. Bob Russell and Rev. Billy Sparks conducted the final rites.
Active pallbearers were Paul ECCLES, Desley CUSTER, Clifford PULS, Eldon SIMPSON, Sylvan HOOVER and Ted GETZ.
Honorary pallbearers were Mert SMITH, Calvin COCKRAN, Eddie HARRISON, Oscar HOWARD, John SAMPSON, John BEAGLE, Newt HUTCHINSON, John WALSON, Raymond ECCLES, and Harry MOUNTCASTLE.
Survivors include a son, S. W. BROWN of Los Angeles, Calif, and a daughter, Mrs. W. J. POTTORFF of San Pedro; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Interment was in the Heart Cemetery.
