Kathy Ann Long, 54, of Andrews passed away Saturday, June 2, 2012 at her home in Andrews.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday at Maranatha Assembly of God Church in Andrews. Rev. Dean Williamson will officiate. Burial will be in Andrews North Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.

Kathy was born April 5, 1958 in Carrizozo, NM to Roland and Lora Hubbard. She graduated Salutatorian from Roswell High School in Roswell, NM in 1976. She married Harvey Long July 26, 1975 in Roswell, and they have been longtime residents of Andrews, Texas.

Kathy was a member of Maranatha Assembly of God Church in Andrews. Kathy enjoyed gardening and working outside, she liked to sew and shop especially at Lowes and Tractor Supply. She loved her family and her grandchildren and never missed an event they were involved in.

She was preceded in death by her father Roland Hubbard.

She is survived by her husband, Harvey Long of Andrews; sons, Loran Long and wife Amy of Midland; Brandon Long and wife Christa of Midland; and Jared Long and wife Amber of Abilene, Texas; her mother Lora Morris of Andrews; brothers Bobby Hubbard of Wasilla, Alaska; Brent Hubbard of Las Cruces, NM sisters Rolanda Johnson of Andrews; Brenda Moss of Hagerman, NM; and four grandchildren, Jhett, Owen, Macallister and Isla Long. www.mcnettfuneralhome.com
