Inez Edge Moore Williams was born in Hillsboro, Texas August 13, 1915 and went home to be with her Heavenly Father on September 21, 2011. She moved to Dallas with her family at the age of three and later graduated from North Dallas High School. In 1934 she married Linden Lamar “Jack” Moore, and they were blessed with three wonderful children: Patricia, Kerry and Marshall. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church Dallas and was part of a special group of church friends called The Bethany’s who met monthly for more than 65 years. She was preceded in death by her parents Tullie and Jessie Edge, her sister Marian Logan and her husband Jack Moore. At the age of 77 she married a high school friend, Charles Williams, who also preceded her in death. She is survived by her children and their spouses: Pat Mood & Preston, Kerry Moore & Carolyn and Marshall Moore & Kay. She is also survived by her grandchildren and their spouses: Michelle & Cary Overbey, David & Kristen Mohun, Dianne & Bunny Crocker, ILona Olvey, Vanessa & Mack McDonald, Tabitha & Chris Heppel, Melinda & Jeff Grandell, Richard & Beth Moore, and Jordan & Heather Moore. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren: Linden, Lucas, Coleman, Abigail, Marshall, Kevin, Kimberly, Melissa, Steven, Taylor, Bailey, Cara, Cory, Madeline, Katherine, Nicholas, Elizabeth, William, Sammy and Lily; nephew, Bill Logan and his wife Susan; niece, Ann Sheptak and her husband George and their children. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lifesavers Foundation 561 W. Campbell Rd. Richardson, TX 75080. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Friday, September 23, 2011 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home follow by the committal service at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
