Mike Gonzales, 42, of Andrews passed away Thursday March 20, 2008 in Andrews. Funeral services will be 2:00 Wednesday March 26, 2008 at Calvary Baptist Church in Andrews. Pastor Bill Melton will officiate. Burial will be in Andrews North Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.

Mike was born March 27, 1965 in Hughes, Arkansas. He moved to Andrews in 1985 from Blanco, Texas. He was an Electrical supervisor for Waste Control Specialist in Andrews, for the past eight years. Mike enjoyed cooking and loved George Straight music. He lived for his family and his daughter Cassandra. He was known as a great electrical man and he never had a bad word to say about anyone.

He is survived by: Spouse -Tracye Quillin of Seminole, Texas, Daughter - Cassandra Gonzales of Andrews; Sons - Matthew Gonzales and Michael Gonzales both of Paris, Texas; and Nicholas Scott Villalva of Hawaii. Brother - Tony Gonzales of Abilene, Texas; Ralph Gonzales, Jr. of Dyess, Arkansas; Lupe Gonzales of Dyess, Arkansas; Manuel Gonzales, and John Gonzales both of Ft. Worth, Texas; Sisters - Juanita Garza, and Delores Sims both of Cisco, Texas Mary Sims of Dyess, Arkansas; Louise Reeves of Illinois and Frances McDowell of Clyde, Texas and six grandchildren.
