Martha Arbela Heddins Oliver
November 23, 1862 - Unknown
Martha Arbela (Heddins) Oliver was a daughter of James & Clarinda (Brewster) Heddins. She was born on their family land in the Pleasant Ridge community of Van Zandt County. Martha was named after her maternal grandmother, Martha (Jeffris) Brewster/Bruster.
On April 8, 1883, Martha gave birth to a baby girl, Ollie B. Oliver in Henderson County, Texas.
Martha died sometime between Ollie's birth and 1890. It is possible she died in childbirth, but it is not known for certain. By about 1890 Tom remarried and he moved his family to Collin County and later Dallas County.
There is no grave maker for Martha at the Heddins family cemetery to verify that she was buried there, but it is most likely she would've been buried there near her parents and siblings who died prior to her untimely death.
