GRAVESIDE RITES FOR MRS. HUGHES
Graveside services were held Monday in the Liberty Community Cemetery for Mrs. Lizzie Mae Hartley Hughes, 56.
Mrs. Hughes, a former resident of the Liberty community, near Cameron, died Saturday in Houston.
She is survived by her husband, C. O. Hughes of Houston; one son, C. R. Hughes of Missouri City; one daughter, Mrs. C. R. McAerecher of Houston; her mother, Mrs. Jim Hartley of Milano; seven brothers, Frank Hartley, Adolphus Hartley and W. C. Hartley, all of Milano, Gordon Hartley of Waco, James Hartley of Houston, George Hartley of Copperas Cove, Thomas E. Hartley of Waskow; two sisters, Mrs. Eulalia Bussa of Bastrop and Mrs. Bertha Gill of Houston.
