DR. J. Z. YOUNG DIES IN HOSPITAL AT TEMPLE

BUCKHOLTS PHYSICIAN SUCCUMBS AFTER LONG ILLNESS WEDNESDAY MAY 15

Dr. J. Z. Young, 45, of Buckholts, died in a hospital in Temple at 2:40 Wednesday afternoon after an illness of seven months.
The body of the dead physician was conveyed to the home in Buckholts by the Coleman-Eplen Undertaking firm and at three o'clock Thursday afternoon services will be held at the Baptist church in Buckholts. From the church the body will be brought to Cameron for burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.
The Masonic Lodge at Cameron assisted by Masons from Buckholts will have charge of the funeral arrangements.
Dr. Young had been a practicing physician at Buckholts for the past 20 years and has many friends in this section of the state who are sincerely shocked and grieved at his untimely death.
He is survived by his widow and five children, six brothers and one sister.
Dr. Young had been in a hospital in Temple for several weeks for treatment. He had been in declining health for several months.
As a physician Dr. Young stood high in his profession and had the esteem of entire fraternity of medical men. The community at Buckholts was in deep sorrow this morning as the body of the physician awaited burial Thursday in Cameron.
