There is power in the blood
LOCKNEY - Delvin Hamblett "Dee" Bybee, 52, died Saturday, May 29, 1999 in Lubbock.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold Abney, pastor, and the Rev. Mitch Wilson, pastor of First Baptist Church in Shallowater, officiating. Burial will be in Lockney Cemetery by Moore-Rose-White Funeral Home.
Mr. Bybee was born in Lockney and was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Lockney High School. He attended Wayland Baptist University in Plainview. He was the customer service manager at Tye Co. He was a member of First Baptist Church.
He married Sheryl McCain in 1964 at Lockney.
