SUE LOCKLIN EANES BROD WATSON
Sue Locklin Eanes Brod Watson, 83, of Cameron, died on Tuesday, January 4, 2005, at her home.
Services will be held 2:00 p. m., Sunday at Marek - Burns - Laywell Funeral Home, with Rev. Chris Norton officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday from 2:00 p. m. until 4:00 p. m., at the funeral home.
Sue Watson, a homemaker, was born November 11, 1921, in Thorndale to Andrew and Pearl (Baird) Locklin. She had worked for B & B Studio, Milam County, and as a dispatcher for the Cameron police department. She was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church in Cameron.
Three husbands, John Philip Eanes, Sr., Edwin (Zeke) Brod, and Bennie Watson preced her in death.
Survivors include: son, John Philip Eanes Jr. and wife Mrailyn of Round Rock; brother, Billy Joe Locklin of Lockhart; grandchildren, John Michael Eanes and wife Kristy of Houston, Christina Ann Starnes and husband David of Georgetown; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lora Eanes, and Hailey Elizabeth Starnes; numerous nephews and nieces; dedicated caregivers, Nancy Leftwich, Ella Mueck, Mary Strickland, Britta Johnson, and Edith Weaver.
Memorials may be made to VistaCare Hospice, American Cancer Society, or charity of donor's choice.
