Dorothy Dyson, 93, of Gatesville, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2007, at a local care center. Graveside services will he held 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 2007, at Pearl Cemetery.
Mrs. Dyson was born on March 7, 1914, in Pearl, Texas, to the late Columbus and Minnie Irby Bynum. She was raised and graduated high school in Pearl. She was a homemaker and a member of King Baptist Church.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents; and her sisters, Bernice Sims and Cleta Meritt.
Dorothy is survived by her son, Don Dyson, of Gatesville.
