STINNETT - William Franklin Applegate, 84, of 1012 MacKenzie died at 7 p.m. Monday at North Plains Hospital.
Mr. Applegate was a retired driller and member of the First Baptist Church of Stinnett
He is survived by his wife, Bertha, of the home; a son, Ned D. of Dewey, Okla.; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Jones of Dumas; a brother; four sisters; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church of Stinnett with the Rev. Charles Harris officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery by Alexander-Simpson Funeral Home.
