JOHNS
Funeral service for Miss Daisy D. Johns, 79, of Cameron was held at 2 p. m. Sunday at the Marek - Burns - Laywell Funeral Home.
The Rev. Vernon Dietrich officiated and burial was in the Walkers Creek Cemetery
Miss Johns, a native of Mississippi, died Friday in a Cameron hospital.
Surviving are a brother, Marvin Johns of Rockdale; and four sisters, Mrs. Nola Hightower of Freeport, Mrs. Carrie Hairston of Bay City, Mrs. Annie Mae Dodson of Portland, Ore., and Mrs. Attice Hurry of Lake Jackson.
