CANYON - John Bob Hanna, 64, died Monday, Dec. 27, 1993 in Palo Duro Hospital in Canyon.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Brown's Memorial Chapel in Stinnett with Elder James O'Gorman First Christian Church in Stinnett, officiating.

Burial was in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Stinnett by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.

A native of Magic City, Texas, he moved to Canyon two months ago from Brownfield. He was a Stinnett resident from 1937-1955.

Mr. Hanna was a retired oil field worker and a member of the Christian Church. He was a World War II veteran serving in the Marine Corp.

Survivors include a brother, Harry C. Hanna of Oklahoma City, Okla.; two sisters, Mary Dalton of Stinnett; and Martha Foster of Eagle Pass; several nieces and nephews.
