BOWIE - Risa Black was born Sept. 13, 1964 in Bowie to Foy and Janie Hicks Ford. She was a graduate of Bowie High School, and she attended two years of community college in Wichita Falls. She recently worked as manager in training for McDonalds, Bowie. She enjoyed reading books and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Foy and Janie Ford and one brother, Lloyd Ford.
She is survived by her husband, Tony and their 2 children, two sisters, two brothers, her mother-in-law; two sisters-in-law; one niece; and four nephews.
