BORGER - Marilyn Hale Yarbrough, 56, died Friday, May 5, 2006, in Amarillo.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church with Scott Maze, pastor, and the Rev. Andy Dietz officiating. Burial will be in Stinnett Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Yarbrough was born Feb. 16, 1950, in Clarksville. She was a resident of Borger for 31 years, a member of First Baptist Church and an office manager at Borger Healthcare Center. She married John Robert "Robby" Yarbrough on June 9, 1972, in Garland.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenerd Carl Hale in 2003; and a sister, Linda Kaye Richards in 1989.

Survivors include her husband, John Robert "Robby" Yarbrough; a son, Philip Yarbrough and wife Kolleen of Madison, Ala; a daughter, Ember Sherman and husband Derek of Austin; three brothers, Mike Kelley of Masterson, Fred Kelley of Stinnett and Tracy Wilson of Troy, Mont.; four sisters, Lisa Anderson of Virginia, Karla Henderson and Sharma Whitmire, both of Stinnett, and Treva Wilson of Wakeeney, Kan.; her stepmother, Norma Hale of Stinnett; and four grandchildren, Koehler and Elyse Yarbrough of Madison and Corbin and Bryson Sherman of Austin.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to "Camp Masterson," 9255 W. Cig Road, Masterson, TX 79058, WWW.CARINGBRIDGE.COM or a favorite charity.

Casket bearers will be Derek Sherman, Mike Kelley, Fred Kelley, Cody Kelley, Philip Yarbrough, Bobby Forrest, Bobby Bridges and Scott Weddington. Honorary bearers will be K.C. Whitmire, Jake Whitmire and John Yarbrough.
