Louie Christian, 21, son of Mr. and Mrs. W.S. Christian of Stinnett, died at 5 o'clock last evening in St. Anthony's hospital in Amarillo.

The young man was a former student of West Texas State Teachers College in Canyon. His father is an early settler of Hutchinson county and has served as sheriff of this county.

Besides the parents, five brothers, three sisters, five uncles, and two aunts survive him. The brothers are Walter, Buster, Lester, Paul, and Roy, all of whom live at Stinnett. The sisters are Mrs. W.R. Goodwin and Mrs. Henry Turner of Stinnett and Mrs. John Gilliam of Amarillo.

The uncles are J.K. Christian of Claude, E.H. Christian of Claude, B.C. Christian of Seagraves, Paul Christian of Jacksboro, and Dr. T.T. Christian of Waco. The aunts are Mrs. Harvey Marks of Perrin and Miss Mary K. Christian of Jacksboro.

Funeral services were to be held at the First Baptist church in Stinnett this afternoon at 4 o'clock with Rev. L.O. Byerly officiating. Interment will be in Lieb cemetery under the direction of Carver Funeral chapel.

Pallbearers will be John James, Jack Lasiter, Dean Hedgecoke, Ray Ford, W.L. Law, and Ferrill Early.
