DUMAS - Juanita Hayes Hernandez, 74, died Sunday, Oct. 3, 2004.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Lieb Cemetery with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe officiating. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mrs. Hernandez was a homemaker. Her church affiliation was Pentecostal Holiness.
Survivors include two sons, Jimmie Hernandez of Stinnett and Dean Stewart of Amarillo; two stepsons, Victor Hernandez of Galveston and John Hernandez of Ozark, Mo.; two daughters, Cora Moss of Borger and Carma Bontke of Dumas; two stepdaughters, Patricia Rosas of Galveston and Sarah Armstrong of Dallas; two brothers, W.G. Hayes and Roy Hayes, both of Chandler, Okla.; and two sisters, Stella Stewart and Mable Ramsey, both of Borger.
