SERVICES WEDNESDAY FOR MRS. WILLIAMS MILAM COUNTY NATIVE
Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Chapel of Green Funeral Home for Mrs. Betty Williams who died Tuesday morning in a local hospital. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Anthony Thibodeaux, pastor of First Christian Church, officiated.
Mrs. Williams was a native of Milam County and at the time of her death was a resident of 608 E. Gillis St., Cameron.
Surviving are: 1 daughter, Mrs. Henrietta Tucker of Cameron; 1 son, Clyde Williams of Houston; 3 brothers, Floyd Cook of Brenham, John Henry Cook of Nacogdoches and Newte Cook of Rockdale; 2 sisters, Miss Rosa Cook and Mrs. Bertie Touchstone of Rockdale.
