Funeral services were held today at First United Methodist Church with Dr. David Jones, pastor, officiating.
Burial was in Garden of Good Shepherd at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
She was born in Cushing, Okla. and later lived in Borger.
She married George Andress on August 22, 1936 in Perryton.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church where she was the Educational Assistant for 20 years.
Mrs. Andress was on the Frank Phillips College Board of Regents for 19 years. She was also a member of the Altrusa Club and was known for her book reviews.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1966.
Survivors include a son, Scott Andress of San Marcos; a daughter, Linda Earnhart of Borger; a sister, Mona Gartland of Amarillo; five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Memorials may be made to McMurray Scholarship Fund at First United Methodist Church, 200 N. McGee, Borger, Tx. 79007.
