Obituary for Jack
FRITCH - Funeral services for Jack Bolin, 71, a retired employe of Phillips Petroleum Co. Copolymer Plant and a resident of Fritch for 14 years, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the First Southern Baptist Church at Fritch.
Officiating will be the Rev. John Denton, pastor, and burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Borger by Minton Mortuary there.
Mr. Bolin died at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.
He retired from the plant in 1959 after 12 years of service with the company.
Mr. Bolin moved to Fritch from Bunavista.
He is survived by his wife, Ola; three daughters, Mrs. Durelle Garcia of Woodland, Calif., Mrs. Wanda Ruth Kendrick of Sherman and Mrs. Elmona Miller of Knoxville, Tenn.; four sons, V.E. "Sonny" of Fritch, F.D. "Pete," Deryl G. and Jack Dale, all of Carrizo Springs; two brothers, Claude and Joe, both of Bonham; a sister, Mrs. Betty Simpson of Saint Jo, 22 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

DENISON - Ola Hilley Bolin, 85, Denison, died Friday, Dec. 22, 1989 at Medical Plaza Hospital in Sherman.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Armstrong, officiating.
Burial will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Borger by Johnson Funeral Directors.
A former Borger resident, she was born Oct. 19, 1904 in Lamar County, Texas.
Mrs. Bolin was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church in Fritch.
She married Jack Bolin Dec. 22, 1920 in Bonham. He died in 1972 in Borger.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Pete Bolin and Sonny Bolin.
Survivors include two sons, Deryl Bolin of Barrizzo, Texas; and Jack Bolin of Gainsville; three daughters, Durelle Hegna, Garland, Wanda Kendrick of Denison; Elnoa Miller of Knoxville, Tenn.; one brother,Vernice Hilley; 23 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
