Obituary for Ruth
BORGER - Ruth Inez Dickey, 87, died Friday, April 16, 2010, in Panhandle.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Church of Christ in Borger with Richard Kasko, minister of Fritch Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in The Garden of Devotion in Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Dickey was born July 5, 1922, in Newton County, Ark., to Oscar and Clara Canady. She was a custodian for the Phillips Independent School District for 11 years.
Survivors include two sons, Eddy G. Dickey of Wichita Falls and Joe Dickey of Borger; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will be at 704 Montana St. in Borger.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
