Kathryn Ann Edwards was born in Midlothian, Texas November 25, 1927 to Ernest and Lena Pendley. She passed away on February 2, 2014. She was a graduate of North Dallas High School, class of 1945. Kathryn worked as a bookkeeper for over 30 years for several companies. Kathryn loved to quilt and garden however her greatest passion in life was her family. She married Gene Edwards in June of 1947. To this union 5 children were born, Danny, Linda, Bill, Patti and Mike. She is preceded in death by her husband Gene of 31 years and her parents. She is also preceded in death by her son Danny and her 3 siblings, Louine Hester, Buddy Pendley and Dolaine Wood. Kathryn is survived by her daughter Linda Sparks, her husband Randal, their daughter Leigha Sather, her husband Michael their children Will, Ben and Jon. Their daughter Terra Hussar, her husband Eric, their children Alex, Wesley, Anna Kathryn, Cora, and Eden. Their son William Sparks, his wife Jackie their children Andersen, Lyla, and Davis. In addition she is survived by her son Bill Edwards, his wife Lindsay, and daughter Patti Edwards, son Mike Edwards his wife Lynda, their daughters Miranda and Maggie. Also survived by her granddaughter Beth, her husband Dean Lang, their children D.J. and Cassidy, and step-son Cliff Schroeder, children of Danny Edwards. Kathryn is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
