*Obituary
Two Fish Construction Co. employes were killed in an industrial accident about noon today at the Borger Refinery in Phillips.
Officials identified the men as 21-year-old Monte Hall of 709 Lee, and Rusty Jeter, also 21, of 925 Harrington.
The pair was apparently killed in an elevator shaft accident.
Initial reports indicate the elevator had dropped on the two men.
Both men were dead on arrival at North Plains Hospital.
A spokesman for Phillips Petroleum Co. said the mishap occurred at Unit 19 at the Refinery. The unit is currently being overhauled.
Hall's survivors are his wife, Tricia, and infant three-month old son; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.E. Hall, and sister, Alice of 1320 Turner.
Jeter's survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James D. Jeter and two brothers, James and Gene of 925 Harrington.
