BORGER - Joan Jackson, 79, died Monday, July 4, 2011, in Dumas.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Andrew United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ted Wilson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in The Garden of Love at Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Joan was born May 12, 1932, at Hagerman, N.M., to William and Berthyl Graham. She married Hugh Jackson on Sept. 2, 1951, in Roswell, N.M.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Dick Jackson of Purcell, Okla.; a daughter, Cindy Head of Borger; a brother, Billy Wayne Graham of Albuquerque, N.M.; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Panhandle Chapter of Multiple Sclerosis, 6222 Canyon Drive, Amarillo, TX 79108.
