*Obituary
George Lewis "Jim" Jordan, 76, of Borger, died at 7:05 a.m. Sunday in North Plains Hospital.

Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with Mr. Darnell Boyd, minister of Gardner Street Church of Christ, officiating.

Burial will be by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors.

A native of Mayes County Oklahoma, he had been a Borger resident for 34 years. He was a retired construction worker. He was a World War II veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Zoe; three sons, Sonny Jordan of Norway, Bruce Jordan and Jack Jordan, both of Borger; three daughters, Rebecca "Becky" Barnett and Georgia Malone, both of Ada, Okla., and Sally Holliday of Stinnett; three brothers, Tom Jordan and B.C. Jordan, both of Claremore, Okla., and Carl Jordan of Farmington, N.M.; two sisters, Jose Madole of Pryor, Okla., and Nannie Underwood of Belle Plains, Kan.; and 12 grandchildren.
