Funeral services for Mrs. Bud A. Lemme, 81, will be 3 p.m. Friday at Bunavista Baptist Church with the Rev. Phil Hilton, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lemme died Wednesday, Aug. 25, 1993, in Amarillo.


A native of Cumberland, Okla., she had been a Borger resident for 51 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Bunavista Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bud A. Lemme, in 1971, and a daughter, Flogne Lemme, in 1933.

Survivors include two sons, Fred Lemme, of Amarillo, and William Lemme, of Phoenix, Ariz.; three brothers, Martin Wright and Judson Wright, both of Houston, and John Wright, of Ventura, Calif.; two sisters, Altha Elrod, of El Paso, and Avo Landis, of Burkburnett; five grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Steven Lee Lemme of Amarillo, Michael David Lemme, John Albert Lemme, James Allison Lemme, Walter Campbell, and J.W. "Dub" Warner.
