Funeral services for Henry Edward "Ed" Turner, 41, of 323 E. Adams are pending with Minton Mortuary.
Turner died at 5:20 a.m. today at North Plains Hospital after a brief illness.
He had been a resident of Borger for the past 22 years and was a carpenter. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy of the home; one son, Ora of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Deborah Cook; his mother, Mrs. Bertha Hall of Big Spring; two sisters; Mrs. Orvall Henry, of Pampa; Mrs. Roy Nobles of Colorado City; two brothers, Robert R. Turner of Dallas, Jerry R. Turner of San Antonio; and one grandson.

Dorothy Turner Lewis, 55, 1105-B Pine, died Monday in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.
A retired bakery manager for Ideal Grocery for 11 years, she was a native of Borger.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby C. Lewis of the home; a daughter, Debbie Cook of Borger; a son, Odie Turner of Fritch; her mother, Pauline Keller of Borger; a sister Frances Wilson of Andrews; four grandsons.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Glenneth Harrington, pastor, First United Methodist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
