*Obituary
BORGER - Mary Jo "JoJo" Mars, 85, died Friday, March 13, 2009.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Terry Stegall, pastor of Grace Fellowship Church, officiating and Denis Melton of Borger assisting. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mrs. Mars was born April 20, 1923, in Olustee, Okla., to Elmer and Florence Billington. She married John L. Mars on Feb. 8, 1941, in Tulia.
Survivors include a daughter, Pat Thomas of Borger; a son, John S. Mars of Borger; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
