O. B. McBride, 78, Borger, died Monday, Dec. 20, 1993 in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Jon Nichols, pastor St. Andrew United Methodist Church, officiating.
A native of Pocasset, Okla., he had been a resident of Borger for 59 years. He was a retired machinist. He was a Methodist, and a member of the VFW Post No. 1475, and was a World War II Navy veteran.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Arthur McBride in 1948, and Woodrow McBride in 1942.
Survivors include a son, Ted McBride of Victoria; a daughter, Sandra Burgess of Tempe, Ariz.; a brother, Elmer E. McBride of Goldsmith; two sisters, Dorothy Perry of Hobbs, N.M.; and Opal Yoder of Minco, Okla.; and three grandchildren.
