Phipps
J. B. Phipps, 72, died Friday at his homs in Cameron after an illness.
Services were at 2 p. m. Sunday at Green Funeral Home in Cameron with the Rev. Mack Brister officiating. Burial was in Walker's Creek Cemetery near Cameron.
A Milam County native, Mr. Phipps was a retired employee of the Milam County highway department. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cameron.
Survivors include his sister, Mrs. Leila Thweatt of Georgetown and several nieces and nephews.
