Services for Mrs. Ruth Faye Montrose, 52, of 1119 Hemlock, will be Friday at 2:30 p.m. in the Bible Baptist Church with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
She died Tuesday in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.
Mrs. Montrose had been a Borger resident for 29 years. She was a native of Blossom and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars No. 1789.
Survivors include her husband, W.F. "Bill"; two daughters, Durwanna Yarborough and Sharon Stottlemyre, both of Borger; four sons, Larry Jordan of Europe and Ray Jordan of Amarillo, Roy Montrose of Dallas and Roger Montrose of Borger; five brothers, William Haney of Vernon, Gene Haney of Grandfield, Okla., Louis Haney of Perryton, Bruce Haney of Borger and Dudley Haney of Springfield, Mo.; two sisters, Frances Pierce of Borger and Ruby Jordan of Dallas; and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Glynn Johnston, Joe Childress, Bill Lowrance, Jim Bramlett, J.I. Petty and Jerry Jenkins.
